We do not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information on this site and to the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude all liability for loss or damages direct or indirect arising from use of this site.
PLACING AN ORDER
When placing an order you warrant that all information you provide to us is true and accurate, that you are the authorised user of the credit or debit card used when placing your order and that there are sufficient funds to pay the full order value.
You must provide us with a true email address and a true phone number so we are able to contact you about your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order automatically if the email address is not valid.
Soon after you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to hold any order due to checks made on personal details.
Payment for your order will be taken as soon as possible after you have completed placing your order on the Website. All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the payment is refused, we will cancel your order automatically. If the payment is flagged as high risk by the card issuer, we will phone or email you to confirm your details.
ACCESSING OUR SITE
Access to our site (www.tudca.com) is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
All orders on our site will be delivered free of charge. We aim to send out all orders received within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Dispatch and delivery times are not guaranteed. We use Royal Mail Second class postage to deliver our products. First class is also available.
We also offer an International Delivery option for all our products.
It is your responsibility to check that any products you purchase from our site (tudca.com) are legal for personal use in your country of residence. We (tudca.com) accept no responsibility for packages seized by customs or other border agencies, and no replacements or refunds will be sent for seized orders.
International delivery times are an average of 5-7 working days.
We think that you will be pleased with your purchases from us. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.
Once received, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our quality control we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
